 Founded in 2018 by CEO Stephanie Douglas, Euro Pro Connect (EPC) began as one of the largest basketball scouting and consulting services in the world. Under her leadership, EPC has evolved into a full-service basketball agency, specializing in contract negotiations, player representation, and career management for athletes competing at the highest levels. While EPC has long been a trusted resource for international contracts, the agency is now expanding its reach to include WNBA representation for women, in addition to securing overseas deals for both men and women.
