Founded in 2018 by CEO Stephanie Douglas, Euro Pro Connect (EPC) has grown from a basketball scouting and consulting service into a full-service international basketball agency focused on player representation, contract negotiations, and career strategy.

EPC works with athletes pursuing opportunities in the WNBA and professional leagues overseas, representing both women and men. Through an international network of coaches, clubs, general managers, and basketball professionals, EPC helps players identify opportunities and navigate the professional process with greater preparation and direction.

Professional basketball requires more than talent. Film, résumé quality, timing, relationships, market fit, and professional presentation all matter. EPC works to help players position themselves effectively, pursue realistic opportunities, and make informed career decisions.

Whether you are pursuing your first professional contract, seeking your next opportunity, or looking for experienced representation, Euro Pro Connect is committed to helping athletes move forward with purpose.
